Service Description

The full moon is a time of heightened energy and illumination, symbolising completion, manifestation, and the peak of lunar power. This month we are teaming up with Katie from Noue Yoga on Feb 12th Feb. In this 2 hour intimate gathering we will come together and connect with the moon through various ways: Kath and Katie will guide you through a gorgeous full moon ceremony offering an opening ceremony, yoga sequence, guided meditation with Reiki & scalp massage (optional with oil blend) Moon card pull Set Intentions: The full moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and manifesting desires. You can harness the energy of the full moon to set clear and specific intentions for the lunar cycle ahead Moon Bathing: Connecting with the full moon's energy can be as simple as spending time outdoors under its light. Engage in moon bathing by sitting or standing in the moonlight, absorbing its energy and allowing it to cleanse and rejuvenate their spirit. Journaling and Reflection: The full moon is a potent time for reflection and introspection. Journal your thoughts and emotions, reflect on your spiritual journey, and release any negative energies or limiting beliefs. Of course you are welcome to dip in the sea or plunge under the cold shower if you wish. **The event will take place in the yacht club, where you will be able to park, so there is not need to worry about the outdoor elements cancelling the event.** **We will be working with various practitioners to bring different elements to this offering each month, for example breathwork practitioners, yoga instructors etc. To find out more information about the session please message or see social media.**
