This is the perfect way to take some much needed time out for you and get away from the hustle and bustle and start the new year off right. This will be a deeply nourishing day out for you. Held in the yacht club, over looking the stunning views of the harbour. A place to relax, refresh and revitalise. When the lights go down and the first bowl is struck, there is nothing more magical than experiencing the deep relaxation and nourishment that the day brings. This intimate day is about taking time for yourself, to light you up and to reconnect with yourself and look ahead. 8.45am arrival - light refreshments and welcome 9am - Opening Ceremony and intention setting 9.30 am - Guided meditation and Breathwork - take time to be magically transported through a journey of deep relaxation and connection with yourself. 10am - Yoga with the incredible Katie from Noue Yoga 11am-12.30pm - Sauna/Sound Bath 40 mins of each 12.30pm - Lunch 1.15pm - Time to get creative and plant the seeds of growth for who you want to be and what you want to achieve over the next year. Express Yourself - we will be taking the journey deeper through creative therapy to explore ways to express what is hidden to the conscious, and allow the unconscious to come up and be heard. (This is not an art class lesson, what you create will be unique and personal to you) Optional Extra - During this time you will also be able to choose between a card reading or reiki treatment if you wish. 3.40pm - Closing ceremony 4pm - Finish Please note that with all these events numbers are limited. **Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events** Each session is tailor designed to the theme and event. Using intuition as a guide some things may vary for a session and adaptations maybe made to accommodate all who attend these events based on information provided. We do our best to keep everything as it is advertised but allergies and other things may require us to change something, for example not use oils. Payment Terms: Payment needs to be made on booking. By making the payment you agree to ensuring that anyone you maybe booking for to use the sauna will complete the waiver form. That you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We honour your time, our team’s energy, and the rhythm of the sanctuary. If plans shift, here’s how we care for the process: Sauna Bookings - Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for: – A full refund, minus a 5% handling fee, or – A rescheduled session at no extra cost - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable, as we may not be able to rebook your slot Wellness Events - Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund - Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as we hire in facilitators and reserve limited spaces in advance Weather & Closures We remain open in all weather — rain, snow, or wind — as long as conditions are safe. If we ever need to close for any reason, whether due to weather or staff illness, you’ll be offered a full refund (minus a 5% handling fee) or the option to reschedule.
