Service Description
Why not come and celebrate summer solstice at the sauna? Watch the sunrise from the heat of the sauna, refresh in the coolness of the sea, and stay around for the soothing sounds of the crystals bowls being played in the area. Sunrise is approx 4:40am High Tide is approx 3am - 10m There will be 2 sessions 4.30am and 5.30am. Whatever your reason, book now and reserve your space, and indulge in some deep relaxation. Cool down options are: cold shower, plunge pool or the sea This session is open to all members of the public. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before booking. You must complete the waiver before coming to the sauna. It is sent to you via the confirmation booking email.

Payment Terms: Payment needs to be made on booking. By making the payment you agree to ensuring that anyone you maybe booking for to use the sauna will complete the waiver form. That you understand our cancellation policy. Full refunds or rescheduled sessions can be given if the booking is cancelled before 48 hours notice.
