A cyclical rite of breathwork and sound healing, held in the elemental embrace of sauna heat. Let breath become rhythm, and sound become strength. This guided ceremony unfolds in elemental rounds—each a passage through fire, silence, and vibration. It’s not about escape. It’s about presence. If you are looking for a way to release and reset on a Sunday then this is it. Whilst in the sauna you will be guided through a ritual to reconnect with yourself through breathwork and release and relax to a sound bath all in the heat of the sauna. There will be breaks inbetween. After experiencing deep relaxation and restoration, stay in the sauna allowing the evening to wash over you. Coming out to embrace the cold to rejuvenate and revitalise. This is a ceremony for those who seek clarity through challenge, and connection through rhythm. It’s elemental, cyclical, and quietly transformative. **Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling within 72 hours of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund**

If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events** Each session is tailor designed to the theme and event. Using intuition as a guide some things may vary for a session and adaptations maybe made to accommodate all who attend these events based on information provided. We do our best to keep everything as it is advertised but allergies and other things may require us to change something, for example not use oils. Payment Terms: Payment needs to be made on booking. By making the payment you agree to ensuring that anyone you maybe booking for to use the sauna will complete the waiver form. That you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We honour your time, our team’s energy, and the rhythm of the sanctuary. If plans shift, here’s how we care for the process: Sauna Bookings - Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for: – A full refund, minus a 5% handling fee, or – A rescheduled session at no extra cost - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable, as we may not be able to rebook your slot Wellness Events - Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund - Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as we hire in facilitators and reserve limited spaces in advance Weather & Closures We remain open in all weather — rain, snow, or wind — as long as conditions are safe. If we ever need to close for any reason, whether due to weather or staff illness, you’ll be offered a full refund (minus a 5% handling fee) or the option to reschedule.
