Service Description
This is the perfect way to take some much needed time out for you and get away from the hustle and bustle. This will be a deeply nourishing day out for you. Held in the yacht club, over looking the stunning views of the harbour. A place to relax, refresh and revitalise. When the lights go down and the first bowl is struck, there is nothing more magical than experiencing the deep relaxation and nourishment that the day brings. This intimate day is about taking time for yourself, to light you up and to reconnect with yourself and explore parts of you that are hidden from the consciousness. 9am arrival - light refreshments and welcome 9.15am - Opening Ceremony 9.30 am - Guided meditation and Sound Bath - take time to be magically transported through a journey of deep relaxation and connection with yourself. 10.30am - Make your own aromatherapy oil blend 11am-12.30pm - Sauna and Yoga with the incredible Katie from Noue Yoga 12.30pm - Lunch 1.15pm - Express Yourself - we will be taking the journey deeper through creative therapy to explore ways to express what is hidden to the conscious, and allow the unconscious to come up and be heard. We will be using paints, drawing, collage and many other art materials. Each step of the way you will be guided to break through barriers and create something that expresses how you feel. **Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
