Want some time to escape the chaos of everyday life and unwind. A gorgeous way to spend your Christmas Holidays, relaxing from the busy schedules that Christmas can bring. We know that some of you would like to use the sauna on and around Christmas. 24th Dec - High Tide is 9.12am 25th Dec - High Tide is 09.47am 26th Dec - High Tide is 10.27am 31st Dec - High Tide is 15.39pm Important Information When you receive their confirmation email please sign the waiver and share with anyone you have booked for to ensure a quicker start. Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early for a brief orientation to ensure a smooth start. Facilities: Note that there is a shed to store your stuff and get changed in, we recommend coming prepared with swimwear on to quickly get in. Public toilets are opposite and opening hours vary. Cold shower on site. Listen to your body: Don't over do it and listen to your body, step out to cool off whenever needed. Water Safety: Sea dipping is always at your own risk; watch for strong currents, rip currents, powerful waves and submerged rocks at high tide. If in trouble, Float to Live and in an emergency alert lifeguards or call 999/112 for the coastguard.

Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Payment needs to be made on booking. By making the payment you agree to ensuring that anyone you maybe booking for to use the sauna will complete the waiver form. That you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We honour your time, our team’s energy, and the rhythm of the sanctuary. If plans shift, here’s how we care for the process: Sauna Bookings - Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for: – A full refund, minus a 5% handling fee, or – A rescheduled session at no extra cost - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable, as we may not be able to rebook your slot Wellness Events - Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund - Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as we hire in facilitators and reserve limited spaces in advance Weather & Closures We remain open in all weather — rain, snow, or wind — as long as conditions are safe. If we ever need to close for any reason, whether due to weather or staff illness, you’ll be offered a full refund (minus a 5% handling fee) or the option to reschedule.
