Want some time to escape the chaos of everyday life and unwind. A gorgeous way to spend your Christmas Holidays, relaxing from the busy schedules that Christmas can bring. Whatever your reason, book your contrast therapy now and reserve your space, and indulge in some deep relaxation. This session is open to all members of the public. Cold options include: The sea, cold shower and cold plunge pool. Allowing you to go in and out of the hot sauna and cool down in a way that feels best for you, to optimise your contrast therapy experience. Please note that when you make the booking there is a drop down option where you can choose pay now for a 1 off payment or choose a package should you want to purchase multiple sessions. Payment Terms: Payment needs to be made on booking. By making the payment you agree to ensuring that anyone you maybe booking for to use the sauna will complete the waiver form. That you understand our cancellation policy. Full refunds or rescheduled sessions can be given if the booking is cancelled before 48 hours notice.
