From September our communal sessions will run as follows:

Wellness Wednesday - 4.25pm, 5.15pm, 6.05pm

Tuesday - 5.15pm and 6.15pm

Thursday 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Friday - 6.30am, and 5.30pm 

Saturday - 9.15am, 10.15am and 5.15pm

Sunday - 8am, 9am, 11am and 6pm

For wellness events such as yoga and sauna, sound and sauna, sacred sauna sisterhood (wild woman circles) or retreat days scroll to the bottom of the page to see what is currently on.

Christmas Specials and New Years Exclusive hires and Communal sessions are available.  

Christmas and New Year Dates are out on the website, with added communal sessions.

Exclusive Hires can be booked around this including our after dark sessions for anything after 6pm going late into the evening. If you would like an early sunrise sauna for exclusive hire, or any days and times that aren't on the website drop us a message.

There is typically 2-3 weeks of dates ahead available.
