Communal sessions:

Wellness Wednesday - 45mins for £8.50 - 4.25pm, 5.15pm, 6.05pm

Thursday 7am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm

Friday - 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm

Saturday - 8am, 9am, 10am, 4pm and 5pm

Sunday - 8am, 9am, 10 am, 5pm and 6pm

Quiet sauna sessions - these will have a maximum of 6 people in the sauna and we ask for it to be used quietly, - Sat & Sun at 11am

Communal sessions: (Wellness Wednesday 45mins £8.50, communal 55mins - £12) 

Wellness Wednesday - 4.25pm, 5.15pm, 6.05pm

Friday - 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30 am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm 

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 6pm (every hour on the hour)

The Sunday Exhale - Sound bath and breathwork in the sauna 6pm

Exclusive Hires can be booked around our communal times.  If you would like one of the communal sessions as exclusive hire please just drop us a message so we can take if off the booking system.

We have a cold shower in the area of the sauna, or we are situated just above the beach, where you can run into the sea (at your own risk).
