Indulge in the tranquillity and serenity of the hot sauna, whilst relaxing by yourself or with some friends and enjoying what nature has to offer, allowing the every day hustle and bustle to be left behind. The sauna seats up to 10 people, so if you are booking this privately for you and those closest to you then you can bring up to 10 people. When it comes to booking we have 2 options Mor A Sawna which will display day time availability and After Dark Specials which will give you late evening availability until 8.30pm as the last booking. If you want to create your own package around the sauna for an extra special time there are a range of modalities I am trained in such as Aromatherapy, EFT, Mizan Therapy, Sound healer, Reiki Master, Chakra clearing and balancing, oracle card readings that we can create a nice wellbeing few hours for you and your friends or work colleagues. If there aren't private slots available via the website please drop us a message with dates and times you would like. We are open all week. If you are booking an exclusive hire for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or other celebratory event please do drop us a message to let us know as we would love to help make it a little extra special for you. Cold options include: The sea, cold shower and cold plunge pool. Allowing you to go in and out of the hot sauna and cool down in a way that feels best for you, to optimise your contrast therapy experience.
