Service Description
This 1.5 hour session will first start with some time out for you, in the quiet gathering of others, we will start with a meditation, breathwork and sound healing to transport you through a magical, deeply relaxing and transformational evening. After that relax in the heat of the sauna and enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy through cold shower, plunge pool or optional sea dip. We have all heard the saying if you don't make time for wellness you will be forced to make time for illness. This is a relaxing and nourish time out for you, in the tranquil environment over looking the sea. 1.5 hours of nothing to focus on other than yourself. Letting go of the days stresses, the worries of everyday life and bringing you back to yourself. 6pm - Sound Bath 6.50pm - Sauna This event is held in the yacht club so there is no need to worry about weather. Please ensure you wear comfy and warm clothes so you can fully relax. Please note that these sessions are a maximum of 6 people per session. **Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
